As an H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards statewide finalist, La Porte ISD received a visit on March 26 from judges to learn more about our wonderful district. It all culminated with a lunch prepared by our Nutrition Department and outstanding Culinary Arts students, and conversations with this wonderful group of students, board trustees, teachers, parents, principals and community members. Many thanks to everyone who helped make this day a great one!
