Graduation Video Recording Schedule
May 5, 2020
On Thursday, May 7 from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm- Balfour will distribute student caps and gowns in the circle drive in front of the high school.
We ask that you write your first and last name on a piece of paper and place it on the dashboard of your car. As you pull up, Balfour representatives will read the name and bring your supplies to the car. Please do not get out of your car.
The schedule for pick up will be as follows:
Student last name begins with:
A-G @11 a.m.
H-P @ 12 Noon
Q-Z @ 1 p.m.
If you need to purchase a Cap and Gown and Tassel you may do so at this time also. The cost for all three is $50.00
Graduation cords have begun arriving and are being processed. We will provide those once they are ready.
Balfour has reported that invitations have been held up due to a plant closing. We will keep you updated as to their status.

- Caps and gowns are on the way. These will be distributed soon. Stay tuned for more information.
- We will be reaching out to you soon regarding scheduling your video walk across the stage. As soon as caps and gowns arrive, we will finalize the schedule.
- Seniors interested in applying to San Jacinto College are to contact Mrs. Ruter at ruterk@lpisd.org and she will be happy to assist with applications.

All 2020 local scholarship recipients will be announced via LPTV on May 14. Though all scholarship recipients will be notified prior to the broadcast, names and scholarship amounts will be revealed during the stream.
