Mr. Al Nolen has been employed by the La Porte Independent School for 23 years.
He received his B.S. degree in Sociology, and Speech Pathology and his M Ed. Degree in Special Education, Ed. Diagnostician, and Counseling.
In addition to being a counselor here at the high school, Mr. Nolen writes a social column for a Beaumont weekly newspaper, The Examiner.
He is also a real estate salesman for American Real Estate in Beaumont.
Mr. Nolen enjoys traveling and spending quality time with close friends.
